Youth Onstage! invites you on a theatrical journey exploring gender and its many roles. Created in collaboration with the young women of the viBe Theater Experience, The Compass Project investigates what it means to be a man or a woman, from the perspective of contemporary young people. It consists of a dynamic double bill of new plays: "Footsteps in Ashes" by viBe and "Fine Print" by YO!

Using song, story, poetry, and movement, young artists from two of New York's most cutting-edge youth theaters raise challenging and thought-provoking questions about how gender categories are defined. Don't miss these two talented youth theaters performing together!
