The Castillo Theatre's 2nd annual benefit gala was held at the world-famous
Sardi's Restaurant in New York City, September 23, 2002 in front
of 250 guests and supporters.
Four talented, humanist theatre artists were honored, including:
• playwright, actor and Castillo Theatre ensemble member,
Dave DeChristopher
• the Tony Award-winning playwright, director, lecturer and
journalist, Mario Fratti
• the award winning playwright, director and professor, Laurence
Holder
• and the playwright, author, lecturer and Castillo Theatre
dramaturg, Dan Friedman.
