Melissa Waddy-Thibodeaux is an artistic director and consultant for Flying Geese Productions, a non-profit production and assignment company of various performing and visual artists, based in Houston, Texas. Flying Geese specializes in providing artistic consulting and directing, as well as providing productions that address issues relative to our multicultural society. This company of artists has been touring and teaching via the performing and visual arts for over 25 years. Melissa has been featured in the play Stories of the Underground Railroad as Harriet Tubman, telling stories from and about the Underground Railroad. She seeks to educate our youth and communities about historical events and people who brought about change in America and abroad.
