Thanks to our membership base Castillo is able to maintain our no-strings-attached independent funding and expand our programming and reach. This year the All Star Project is celebrating 25 years of producing Castillo Theatre.

At Castillo, play is the thing.

Play is what leads to human development, and not just for children. For young or old alike, Development allows us to learn things we couldn’t learn before, to see new possibilities in life — and to be willing to take the risk of acting on those possibilities. Development enriches life, and that’s why we take play so darned seriously! Young people from poor and working-class communities, theatre artists, community activists and volunteers of all backgrounds play with philosophical and political ideas on our four beautiful stages — and on stages all over the city — through the work of the All Stars Project’s Castillo Theatre, Youth Onstage! and All Stars Talent Show Network.
As a member you are more than a donor, you are a producer of New York’s community theatre. We bring community to theatre; we bring theatre to community; and we bring community theatre to Broadway — that’s what "theatre for the whole city" means.

Membership gifts are 100% tax-deductible.
Castillo Members receive discounts on season subscriptions, a 20% discount on all single ticket purchases, invitations to Member Nights, open rehearsals and other member events.

The non-profit All Stars Project receives no government funding and relies on the financial support of individuals, businesses and foundations.
